I am all for spanking a child but WOW. What in the world would warrant this?

Ahh yes you guess it, the religion of Peace is what they call it right. Yet this little girl apparently got her face smashed in by a Imam that saw the little girl ACCIDENTALLY walk on his prayer rug.
